2.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact & Enquiry Forms: When you submit a contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message. Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms.
  • Sales Enquiries: If you contact us for enterprise licensing, we may collect additional business information such as company size, use case, and technical requirements.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the date and time of your visit.

2.3 Software Telemetry

HyperRoute Core and DevKit do not collect telemetry, analytics, or usage data. The software does not "phone home" or transmit any data to our servers during normal operation. HyperRoute Platform, under commercial terms, may include optional telemetry features that are disclosed separately in the applicable enterprise agreement.
